Customers buy the outcome, not the machine

Service-as-software is the delivery model and a core part of the STG value proposition. The customer never runs Snapshot Capture; they receive the outcome — durable, searchable, AI-accessible records — through Snapshot Insights and Transition Governance. The work is done by the Snapshot Factory, staffed by AI agents (the heavy production work: navigating screens, extracting fields, downloading attachments, generating reports) and Snapshot Analysts (who own each Transition, configure the tooling, supervise the agents, and handle judgment calls). The factory runs only during the Preserve phase — a defined window per system, not an ongoing engagement — and gets faster, cheaper, and broader as AI improves. One audience note worth remembering: this framing is for investors. To a customer, 'you don't run the tooling' is a strange negation — they simply assume STG handles everything.
